About Jelle Wobbes

Jelle has been involved with wood from an early age. "Wood forms a warm product. Unlike, for example, cold steel which has a much less pleasant smell!" Every day Jelle still finds wood a fantastic material to process into beautiful natural products. After years of being active only in the - originally wood-oriented - yacht building industry, Jelle has now also specialized in making furniture.

"Coincidentally, I already knew Wietze through yacht building. When I asked one of my customers for a piece of wood furniture made from old wagon parts with a rich history, I naturally ended up with Wietze again. I really enjoy being part of this network of creators! It is a fantastic step by two nice men with a lot of knowledge about wood and the products you can make from it."
